Reed Family Session | Pleasanton, CA

In November I contributed to a giveaway for Creative Space Studios 1 Year Anniversary. One family would receive an outdoor family session to be used within the year. Annie and her family were the lucky winners of the giveaway. I must say though after this session I felt like the lucky winner!

Over the last year I have learned about the importance of keeping your creative cup full. This session happened to be my very first of 2020 after a few week break over the holidays. My goodness did this session just leave me feeling like my cup was completely full. The colors, their vibe, their talent, the location, the genuine love and story to be told.

Annie has been teaching her daughter, Hazel, how to play violin. She is only 3 and has had a violin since she was 18 months old! Dash brought along his melodica and the two ladies brought their violins. Playing music in the woods while taking family portraits is something I wouldn’t mind making a regular thing.

If you happen to be in the Ripon area, Annie teaches music classes. Feel free to learn more here.
